The Murals of London's Camden Town

What can you say about Camden Town that hasnt already been said?

A great London tourist destination with a range of eclectic shops, great music venues, buzzing bars and restaurants. A fantastic destination at any time of the day or year.

As I wandered through Camden a couple of Sundays ago I was drawn to these amazing murals. The Panther is enormous, and the Apache amazingly colourful. If you plan to visit these sites you may need to be quick. Murals have a habit of being replaced when the next artist comes along. A Banksy mural was a predecessor of the Panther.

And if you find yourself in the area here are a couple of real gems: nohit records and the green note. Real music is alive and kicking in Camden and if Americana is your bag these places are a must.
