The River Thames in Summer 2020
From dusk to dawn
River Thames - each bridge, every building
A series of photographs of the River Thames shot between sunset and sunrise during the shortest nights of 2020. From Tower Bridge in the east to Vauxhall Bridge in the west. Each stretch of the river is depicted exactly as it was then - and shows every bridge and every building visible from the river.
Whilst there are some beautiful views along the river, some sections are less attractive. All sections are included here for completeness. Wonderful vistas share the limelight with landmarks being refurbished, construction of new buildings, and the cranes of the Thames Tideway.
