70th Anniversary of the Queen's Coronation
A moment in time. June 4th 2022 and the start of a four day bank holiday weekend to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. Once again London did what it does best and a weekend of pageantry, parades, fly pasts and street parties marked a special 70th anniversary.
Purple was the colour of the occasion. Featured here are scenes along the River Thames captured at night when purple and blue dominated, alongside the odd splash of red, white and blue.
