Photos of Hong Kong
I have visited Hong Kong many times, worked there on numerous occasions and stopped over en route to other Asian destinations. Hong Kong is extremely photogenicoffering a diverse array of subjects.
Most of Hong Kong's land mass is in the North on the Kowloon side. Across Victoria Harbour in the south is Hong Kong Island. Here you will find the Central Business District as well as many other attractions. The journey between the two, on the Star Ferry at night is one of the world’s great journeys. And it costs next to nothing!
Hong Kong is one of the cities included in our World Cities Collection. It is without doubt one of the great cities of the world and one of the major global business hubs.
Hong Kong Island photographed from the waterfront by night is beautiful. It is one of the world’s most recognisable cityscapes.
Hong Kong is a city of contrasts. Nowhere is this more obvious than in its architecture. The city features some of the most modern architecture in the world. But it also has many old buildings. This shot of an old high rise in Kowloon is typical of the older part of that region.
From the streets of Kowloon. The huge array of signs is evocative of the city.
A city of High Rise apartments. Note the patterns formed by the windows of these apartments.
We have just added a series of new photographs to our Hong Kong gallery. This is just a sample of many images captured over the years. If you would like to see more, please get in touch.
